
I’ve worked at Crunch Fitness in the past and currently serve as a trainer at my local recreation center for over 2 years. I've battled with injuries, inflammation and depression most of my adult life. Through training I share my knowledge and experience on the type of workouts necessary to mitigate pain while building healthy tissue.
A few battle scars: multiple ACL repairs, arthritis, hip impingements, labrum tears, chronic pain to name a few.
With the correct form and exercise we can target each muscle group accordingly.
God's grace kept me through each battle. I believe each step in the right direction is a testament of his glory. I believe our bodies our temples of the Holy Spirit so I treat it as such.
